Now that my period is approaching, I got a huge pimple on my chin ㅠㅠ

When will I ever be able to escape being a slave to my hormones? ㅠㅠ Once a month, right before my period, a hard, painful pimple pops up on my chin without fail. I can't even squeeze it, so I've just plastered it with acne patches; it makes me tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face haha. I really hope it goes down quickly without leaving a scar ㅠㅠ
