Is the Rivicol procedure very painful? I'm also curious how long the bruising or swelling lasts!

Lately, my skin has been dry and lacked elasticity, so I'm looking into Revicol, which is said to fully replenish collagen. However, since it involves getting the injection all over the face, I'm worried about really severe embossing marks or bruising.
