I'm overcoming internal dryness, the unwelcome guest of the changing seasons, with my own '3-layer technique'!
Hello! With the weather getting noticeably drier lately, it feels like my skin is screaming in distress. When I wake up in the morning, my face feels tight even before I wash it, so I’ve rated today’s condition as 'Caution.' In particular, the area around my mouth has started to turn white and flaky, so I realized I needed some emergency treatment.
Especially during times like these, I tend to focus solely on hydration rather than complex steps. After cleansing, I practice the 'three-layering' technique, applying a hyaluronic acid ampoule in very thin layers three times while my skin is still slightly damp. I find that layering products multiple times to allow absorption is the best way to combat inner dryness, rather than applying a large amount at once. If I apply a Cica cream to create a moisture barrier at the end, my skin stays hydrated all afternoon. Why not check your skin condition today, and if you feel any dryness, why not try this hydration layering technique like I do?
