The way to take care of your skin these days is
Lately, my skin feels tight and rough as soon as the weather changes.
This is the care method I settled on after trying various things.
I tend to wash my face with as little irritation as possible.
Wash gently with a mild, slightly acidic cleanser rather than a foaming product.
There are many times when I only wash my face with water in the morning.
After washing my face, I apply toner immediately while it is still damp.
It feels like it gets drier after just a little while.
It feels much more moisturizing when I gently pat it in with my hands.
Rather than applying a lot of skincare at once
It is much better to apply it in thin layers multiple times.
If you layer toner, essence, and cream in that order
It feels like I'm experiencing less internal dryness.
Finally, finish by mixing one or two drops of oil into the cream.
I only added this one thing
The time the dryness lasts has definitely gotten longer.
I use a moisturizing mask about 2 to 3 times a week.
My skin feels much more comfortable after using it.
And indoor humidity is actually quite important.
If you turn on a humidifier, your skin condition itself changes.
For dry skin, rather than applying only oil
I think it's more important to replenish moisture and keep it hydrated for a long time.
If you have severe dryness like me, give this a try.
