Basically, I have a lot of skin problems and my skin isn't good.
Still, I try to manage it and maintain it to some extent.
Does anyone feel like their skin isn't what it used to be these days?
In the past, I felt like my skin would recover quickly even if I only got a good night's sleep for about a day, but
Lately, there have been many days when my skin feels dry and rough even after sleeping, and my makeup doesn't apply well.
Especially during the change of seasons, my skin becomes sensitive, and once breakouts appear, they last a long time.
And during my period, too.
I make sure to drink plenty of water and haven't changed my basic skincare products, so I'm curious why there is such a drastic difference in my skin condition. Is skin health ultimately largely influenced by lifestyle habits?
Do you happen to have any habits you consistently practice to improve your skin?
