Today, I’m going to share my own simple skincare routine.
First and foremost, it is about consistently maintaining the most basic habits. In the morning, I wash my face with lukewarm water and apply a generous amount of moisturizer suited to my skin type. I also make sure to use sunscreen before going out. In the evening, I cleanse thoroughly, specifically double cleansing, to completely remove dirt and makeup, and then soothe my skin with a hydrating cream. Additionally, I try to drink water frequently and maintain sufficient sleep. Since skin is greatly affected by lifestyle habits, I believe that regular meals and stress management are also important.
Actually, consistently doing these small but basic methods is the most fundamental step. I'll write about the advanced stages next time haha.
