My skin seems to have become much more sensitive lately.

My skin felt a bit different after washing my face this morning. Even though there was no particular reason, it felt slightly tight and sensitive for no reason, as if it had been irritated.

I wondered why this was happening since it’s not the change of seasons and I haven’t really changed anything, so I took a moment to reflect. It seems like the lack of sleep these past few days might be the cause. My skin is more honest than I thought; it reflects my body's condition immediately.

For today, I focused on minimizing irritation. In the morning, I applied a generous amount of moisturizer and finished by reapplying sunscreen, and in the evening, I gently washed my face using only a non-irritating cleanser.

On days like this, I've found it better to just hold back the urge to do more. I have a collagen toning appointment scheduled for next week, so I think I'll get my skin checked then.
