✔️ Today is day 2 of my skin condition record.

hello~!
I'll write Day 2 of my skin log^^

I even applied a moisturizing mask before going to sleep yesterday, but when I woke up this morning

It wasn't like my skin got incredibly better, though.
Still, I felt like the tightness was just ever so slightly less.

But the problem is that my skin condition breaks down again in the afternoon and gets dry.

Especially since I spend a long time in a dry office environment.
My cheeks and the corners of my mouth have started feeling tight again.

The strange thing is that the outside looks shiny....!^^
So, it looks okay in the mirror, but my skin actually feels dry underneath, so it’s just so ambiguous.

I'm still not sure how to decide on the management direction, so

First of all, cleanse as gently as possible.
I finished simply with just toner, a hydrating ampoule, and a moisturizing cream!

And this internal dryness I experienced isn't something that gets better immediately with just a day or two of care.
It seems like it will only be filled with consistent care, so it looks like it's going to be a long battle.
For now, I'm going to try to slowly restore my skin barrier first~~ haha

    ㅠㅠ그니까요 근데 생각해보니까 입가 부위가
    양치하거나 물 마실때 발라놓은것들이 씻겨져 나가서 더 건조한거같아요
