Hello. I am writing this because I have been working overtime for several days in a row due to a rush of company projects, and looking in the mirror feels so unfamiliar. I usually prided myself on taking good care of my skin, but with lack of sleep and stress, my makeup doesn't apply well, and my complexion is noticeably dull. Seeing my skin become dry and rough by morning even after slathering on expensive essence, I realized that managing only the surface is no longer enough. So, I am looking into health supplements for inner beauty, but there are so many types that it is difficult to choose. My colleagues seem to be regaining their vitality by taking various supplements, and I feel like I am falling far behind. I used to think that simply eating well and sleeping well was enough, but I am realizing just how difficult it is to maintain nutritional balance amidst a busy daily life. To be honest, I am quite sensitive about what I eat, so I am very cautious about picking just any health supplement. I feel like I need to carefully scrutinize the ingredients, and I am also worried about whether it will suit my constitution. It is upsetting to see that my skin elasticity isn't what it used to be as my internal vitality has definitely dropped.
