My skin condition record today

My skin feels a bit dry today. Dead skin cells are flaking, especially around my mouth. Why does this area always get flaky? Maybe it's because it's raining and I didn't get enough sleep due to a lot of work, but my skin feels so rough and dull that I plan to use a hydrating mask before bed. It's the season where I want to keep my skin light, but I guess I just can't give up on hydrating masks.
