It seems like nasolabial folds appear whether you lose weight or gain it.

My biggest concern these days is my nasolabial folds. When I lose a little weight, my cheeks sink in and my nasolabial folds look deeper, and when I gain weight, my face feels heavy and my nasolabial folds become more prominent.

 

I am self-conscious because when I apply makeup, foundation settles into my nasolabial folds, making me look older. I am still scared of fillers, so I am wondering if it is possible to improve this through lifting or skin texture management. For those of you who have tried managing your nasolabial folds, which methods were you satisfied with?
