It seems that skin prone to redness struggles more with indoor temperature changes than in winter.

I tend to have facial flushing, and it is harder for me to deal with my face suddenly turning hot when I come indoors than it is when it is cold outside.
When I enter a well-heated place, my cheeks turn red and I feel a sensation of heat, so my makeup breaks down quickly.
Drinking water or pressing with cold hands only provided temporary relief. How do those of you with facial flushing manage it during the winter? I am also curious to hear the experiences of those who have consulted a dermatologist regarding facial flushing.
