Does using just one sunscreen make a big difference to men's skin as well?

I've heard a lot about how important sunscreen is, but honestly, I hardly ever applied it because it was a hassle.

I thought it would be fine since I travel by car to work, but lately my face is getting duller and I seem to be seeing blemishes, so I am worried.

Will there be a difference if I apply sunscreen every day, even if I'm late to the game? I'm looking for a non-sticky product. Men, have you noticed any changes after consistently applying sunscreen?
