Blackheads on my nose and clogged pores – management issues ㅠ

Guys, it's nice that the weather is getting sunny, but why is it that my pores are having a bumper crop along with it? Hahaha. As the temperature rises during the day, I guess sebum production is rampant, because the blackheads on my nose are really making their presence known. Sob sob...

I'm so worried because even when I try to cover it up with makeup, it gets stuck in my pores and makes me look even messier lol ㅠㅠ. Even though I scrub with cleansing oil every day, it doesn't seem to come off completely. Do you guys have any special tips for cleaning pores or any recommendations for products that tighten them?
