My biggest worry is hearing that blemishes come back even after laser treatment.

I am thinking about getting laser treatment for blemishes, but I am hesitant because many people around me say they might come back.

Of course, I know I need to apply sunscreen properly and take care of it, but I hesitate when I think about how it might come back even if I treat it diligently.

Still, it is stressful to just watch them keep getting darker like this. For those of you who have had laser treatments for blemishes, how did you manage the maintenance? I am also curious if the rate at which they reappear has definitely slowed down.
