Today is Day 2 of my skin condition log. I spent the day checking my skin condition more closely than yesterday. When I looked in the mirror after washing my face this morning, my skin texture felt a bit more refined overall, and the dryness on my cheeks was less than yesterday. However, there were still small blemishes around my chin, and I could see a slight redness. Perhaps because I have been going to bed late lately, my skin didn't look completely at ease, but overall, it was a day where I maintained a decent condition without any major irritation.
Today, I made an effort to avoid touching my face with my hands as much as possible to minimize skin irritation, and I also tried to drink water more frequently than usual. I followed my usual light skincare routine, focusing primarily on moisturizing. I applied an extra layer of cream to areas that felt particularly dry, and I was satisfied that my skin didn't feel tight or dry even after some time. A slight oiliness did appear, but it wasn't as greasy as it used to be.
After thoroughly cleansing my face and checking my skin condition again, I felt that overall sensitivity had decreased slightly. Although there hasn't been a dramatic change yet, I felt that my skin condition would gradually stabilize if I consistently maintained these small habits. I would like to continue recording my skin changes while managing my sleep schedule and dietary habits as well.
