A simple skincare routine I've been doing for 10 years
I've realized that small daily habits are just as important for your skin as expensive treatments. Here are two routines I've stuck to for over 10 years!
The first one is Place a clean towel on the pillow before sleeping. That is the case. Pillow covers that touch your face all night harbor more bacteria than you might think. Simply replacing the towel with a fresh one every day will noticeably reduce skin troubles with no apparent cause.
The second one is Use disposable facial tissues after washing your face. Regular towels tend to retain detergent residue or lint even after washing, but simply patting your skin dry with a sterilized tissue causes much less skin irritation. These small differences accumulate to build a foundation for healthy skin.
