I provided more thorough peeling care.

This is Day 3 of my skin log. Today, my skin texture felt a bit rough, so after washing my face, I performed a peeling treatment more thoroughly than usual. Rather than applying excessive irritation, I first moistened my skin with lukewarm water to open the pores, then applied a mild peeling gel thinly all over my face and gently rolled it with my fingertips. I paid particular attention to areas where dead skin cells tend to accumulate easily, such as the sides of my nose and chin; it felt incredibly refreshing to see the old dead skin cells being removed. When I looked in the mirror after washing, my skin texture looked much smoother, and I was satisfied to see that my skin tone seemed a little brighter.

After the peel, I immediately applied a face mask to replenish moisture and soothe my skin. The pack I used today was a hydrating type rich in essence, so I felt a cooling, calming sensation as soon as I placed it on my skin. I wore the pack for about 15 minutes while relaxing, and it felt as if the fatigue accumulated throughout the day was melting away along with it. After removing the pack, I thoroughly patted the remaining essence onto my face and neck to help it absorb, and I could feel my skin instantly becoming hydrated and plump.

I finished today's skincare routine by applying a thin layer of moisturizer to create a protective barrier and prevent moisture from evaporating. Touching my skin, I could definitely feel that it was soft and firm, which made me feel proud. Skin doesn't change overnight, but I believe that if I continue to manage it consistently while keeping a record like this, I will definitely see positive changes.
