저도 일요일 저녁만 되면 몸이 더 무겁게 느껴지더라고요 ㅠㅠ 자기 전에 스트레칭 조금만 해도 다음날 훨씬 낫더라고요!
Am I the only one whose heart starts racing just thinking about going to work tomorrow as soon as Sunday afternoon arrives? Hahaha. I spent the whole weekend just lying around at home, so my body feels even more stiff and sluggish, and I feel like my whole body is swelling up. I'm so flustered, sniff sniff... Hahaha. If I go to sleep like this, I feel like I'll have to go to work tomorrow morning with a puffy face. Do you guys have a simple yoga or stretching routine to get rid of all the swelling before bed? Hehe. I think I need to at least get rid of the swelling in my legs before sleeping so it won't be too hard to put on my pants tomorrow. Hahaha. Let's all welcome Monday with a light body!!
