My skin is a bit sensitive today.

Honestly, my skin condition wasn't very good today. Since this morning, my face felt a bit sensitive and red all over, so I sighed as soon as I looked in the mirror.

Maybe it's because I went to bed late yesterday and didn't drink enough water, but my skin seemed to react immediately. As expected, lifestyle habits really do have a big impact on the skin, haha. Especially since my skin texture tends to get rough and the tone dull right away when I don't get enough sleep, it really shows.

Today, my cheeks felt particularly dry and red, and I also got a small blemish on my chin. It's not a big one, but it's bothering me for some reason. I tried covering it with makeup, but it didn't cover it perfectly.

My makeup didn't apply as well as usual. The sides of my nose and around my mouth felt a bit patchy, so I had to touch up a few times. It’s moments like this when I really feel the difference in my skin condition.

Still, today I plan to cleanse gently to avoid irritation as much as possible and finish with a soothing skincare routine. I feel like my skin might become even more sensitive if I get too greedy and exfoliate or apply various products.

My skin was a bit lacking today, but I'm hoping it recovers tomorrow haha. It really feels like my skin is different every day. How do you all take care of your skin on days when you're not feeling well?
