I'm going on a trip this weekend, but a huge pimple suddenly popped up next to my nose.

I'm going out with friends this weekend and need to take tons of photos, but of all days, a huge, painful pimple popped up right next to my nose lol. It won't pop, and it hurts so much that I tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face. I'm going crazy ㅠㅠ. I put on a thick blemish patch as a quick fix, and I really hope it goes down before Friday. Doesn't everyone's skin always break out at least once right before an important appointment? ㅠㅠ
