My combination skin is driving me crazy—oily on the outside but feels like it's tearing apart on the inside lol

It’s my skin, but I honestly don’t know what to do. My forehead and nose are dripping with oil, but right after washing my face, my cheeks feel so tight they feel like they’re going to tear. If I apply a generous amount of moisturizer, my makeup slides off, but if I apply it lightly, my face feels like it’s shrinking due to inner dryness... How on earth am I supposed to apply basic skincare products properly for this kind of dehydrated skin? It’s so stressful.
