Is dietary habit also very important for improving skin?
I try to be quite careful with my skincare products, but when I suddenly looked back on my lifestyle lately, I realized my eating habits are a complete mess lol. I often eat late-night snacks, drink two or three cups of coffee a day as a baseline, and I don't think I drink as much water as I thought I would.
Maybe that's why my skin looks dull overall these days, and I feel like small breakouts are starting to appear. They aren't huge pimples, but tiny ones are popping up on my chin and around my mouth, and my skin tone doesn't seem as clear as it used to be, so it's bothering me for no reason.
I’ve heard so many times that drinking plenty of water and eating vegetables improves your skin, but honestly, I haven't been able to consistently put it into practice because I doubt there will be a noticeable difference. However, when I see people around me saying their skin improved after changing their eating habits, I get tempted again.
Has anyone here noticed any changes in their skin while managing their diet? Please let me know if there were any foods you found helpful to cut back on, or conversely, foods that were good to include in your diet. I'm curious if the saying that both inner and outer care are important for skin is true!
