Lately, I’ve been going to the gym every day to try and take better care of my health. I thought sweating would flush out toxins and improve my skin, but I guess I was mistaken. When I look in the mirror after my workout, my face is flushed red, and I’m so upset because tiny bumps that don't usually appear on my forehead and chin are starting to pop up, possibly due to the sweat.
I'm not sure if the sweat from working out is clogging my pores, or if it's just because the air at the gym is dry. For now, soothing my skin is my top priority, so after washing my face, I applied a thick layer of aloe vera gel like a face mask. The itching is less now that the heat sensation has subsided a bit, but I'm worried about whether the breakouts will have calmed down by tomorrow morning. If anyone has any tips for maintaining good skin condition while working out, please let me know!
