It's day 7 of my skin log~ Has a whole week already passed? ㅠㅠ..?
My skin condition today is My skin tone has become much calmer than before.
The red areas that were rising have calmed down a lot.
I felt inexplicably proud of the care I've put into these past few days haha.
In the past, my face would feel tight immediately just from washing it.
I felt like my skin was reacting very sensitively.
My skin felt more comfortable than I expected even after washing my face today.
Of course, the internal dryness hasn't completely disappeared yet.
By the afternoon, I did feel a slight dryness, but
Still, I think it felt a little less dry deep into the skin than it did at the beginning!
And what I realized while keeping a record of my skincare routine
When I manage my skin simply, focusing on hydration like today
On the contrary, my skin condition felt much more stable~!!
It's not quite at the stage where my skin is completely improved yet, but...
Still, it feels like my skin is slowly getting back to its normal condition.
It seems like my stress has decreased a little lately haha.
My skin score today is ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
It feels like a sense of stability is gradually settling in.
It was a satisfying 7th day^^ - I deducted one star because... my insides are still dry... haha....
