I'm sharing my hair loss management tips.

Lately, the amount of hair falling out has increased noticeably, so I have started hair loss management. At first, I thought it might be due to the season, but the amount of hair falling out every time I washed or dried it kept bothering me. So, I am trying to gradually change my lifestyle habits.

 

I am trying to keep my sleep schedule as consistent as possible and make sure to consume more water and protein. When shampooing, I gently massage my scalp with my fingertips to minimize irritation, and I am using cool air instead of hot air when drying my hair.
