Lifestyle habits I pay attention to these days for skin health
I used to think that having good cosmetics alone would improve my skin, but lately I’ve been realizing that lifestyle habits have a really big impact.
In particular, it seems that sleep patterns and dietary habits are immediately reflected in skin condition.
Lately, I have been trying to reduce the frequency of eating late-night snacks and increase my water intake.
At first, I didn't notice much of a difference, but as I continued using it, my skin looks less dull and I feel like my breakouts have decreased a little.
And I found that changing the pillowcases frequently is actually quite important.
I kept putting it off because it was a hassle, but I started changing it frequently, and I definitely feel less skin irritation, so I am continuing to do it.
I feel like my condition improves if I do light exercise just enough to break a slight sweat.
I am only now realizing the truth of the saying that skin is ultimately connected to the condition of the body.
I'm not managing it perfectly yet, but it seems like the most realistic approach is to consistently change small habits first.
