Tips for getting rid of skin redness

The goal is to minimize skin irritation as much as possible. I use lukewarm water instead of hot water when washing my face, and when my skin is sensitive, I keep it simple by using only products focused on soothing and moisturizing rather than applying multiple items.

Also, I feel that redness gets worse when my skin is dry, so I apply plenty of moisturizer and make sure to use sunscreen when going out.

It seems that spicy food and lack of sleep also have an impact, so I am trying to pay attention to managing my lifestyle habits.
