I walked a really long time today, and now that I've come inside, my skin is so, so dry.
As time passed, I started feeling a bit of heat in my face, and my cheeks, in particular, seem to have turned slightly red. Maybe I walked too much, haha. My skin feels much drier than usual, and it feels tight when I laugh or talk. Still, it's a relief that I haven't had any breakouts even though I sweated quite a bit.
By the afternoon, oil started to surface and my T-zone was shiny, but on the other hand, my chin and cheeks felt dry from within, so my skin condition is a bit ambiguous. When I got home and looked in the mirror, my skin tone looked a little dull, so I put on a face mask right now to soothe and moisturize today. I didn't walk to exercise, but walking too much in this kind of sunlight really seems bad for the skin. Everything in moderation!
