It's hard to get rid of internal dryness.

It looks shiny on the surface, but my skin feels tight and dry deep down, so it seems difficult to manage.

In particular, my skin feels very tight even after just a short while following cleansing, so I am paying extra attention to moisture management.

I've been consistently using moisturizing creams and face masks, but it doesn't easily resolve the issue, so managing inner dryness is difficult.
