My own routine for working out and taking care of my skin at the same time!

I started exercising recently, and since I started sweating, I often hear people around me saying that my skin has improved.

 

However, there is one thing you must be careful about. You must remove your makeup before exercising! If you work out with makeup on, sweat can clog your pores and lead directly to skin problems.

 

I always thoroughly wipe my face with a cleansing tissue before starting my workout. As soon as I finish, I wash my face with cold water to cool it down. Staying hydrated is a must! I make sure to drink a liter of water while exercising.

 

Doing this makes you healthier and improves your skin, so it really feels like killing two birds with one stone. I hope everyone takes care of their health and gets beautiful skin at the same time!
