At what age is it best to start anti-aging care?
I feel like fine wrinkles are forming around my eyes and mouth, so I'm getting interested in anti-aging care. I used to think anti-aging was something only my parents' generation did, but I don't think that's the case anymore. Now that I've actually started worrying about it myself, I feel a bit anxious. When I look at my friends, quite a few of them are already getting eye cream as a basic, firming ampoules, and even lifting treatments in advance. It feels like I should start right away, but on the other hand, I'm worried that if I use highly nourishing products too early, my skin might develop a resistance later on, and they won't be effective when I actually need them.
People usually say that aging starts in the mid-20s, but the truth is, everyone has different skin types and lifestyles. I'm not sure if it's right to start lightly in your 20s, or if the standard approach is to start managing your skin seriously in your 30s... Hmm... At what age did you all start using anti-aging products?
