When I looked in the mirror this morning, my skin looked particularly dry and dull, which bothered me for no reason. My sleep has been a bit irregular lately, and I've been eating late-night snacks often, so it feels like it's showing immediately on my face 😅 In particular, the pores around my nose and cheeks looked more prominent than usual, and the spots where I used to get acne also seemed darker for no reason.
My skin feels tight deep down after washing it, but it gets oily again by the afternoon, so I'm struggling to figure out how to approach my skincare routine. Today, I decided not to apply a bunch of products and just kept my skin light, focusing on hydration. Still, it seems like sleep definitely has a big impact on my skin condition.
Every time I take a picture, I feel like my skin texture isn't what it used to be, so I'm starting to think I need to take better care of it. If I were to rate my skin condition today, it would be about a 6 out of 10... I hope it looks a bit better tomorrow. 🙂
