My skin condition was exceptionally good today, so I’m happily writing this down. The saying that sleep is the best medicine really isn't just a saying. Yesterday, I went to bed early without thinking about anything and slept soundly to my heart's content. When I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, I was surprised to notice that my complexion looked noticeably clearer than usual.
Lately, my skin has been looking dry and dull, so I used to just sigh every time I looked in the mirror. I even tried applying expensive ampoules and face masks for no reason, but the effects were only temporary. It’s amazing how my skin texture has become smooth just by getting a good night's sleep. I feel like I’m getting a slight inner glow, and my makeup applies much better than usual, so it makes me want to go out.
Getting expensive treatments at a dermatologist is great, but I am realizing once again that managing my overall condition is the most important thing. I wish every day were like today. I know everyone is busy, but please make sure to get some early sleep tonight and take care of your skin. Eating well and sleeping well really is the best!
