☆7-Minute 'Moisture Pack' Layering
This is a method I use when doing sheet masks every day feels like a burden. Generously soak a thin cotton pad with your usual water toner, put it in the refrigerator for a short while, and then place it on your cheeks and forehead for exactly 7 minutes.
The key starts here: as soon as you remove the cotton pad, apply the ampoule immediately before the moisture evaporates. I found that providing nutrients while the skin is still hydrated gives it a feeling of being fully nourished from within.
☆ Pillowcase + Drink water (Basic, but the most important!)
My dermatologist told me that no matter how good the products you apply are, it's all for nothing if your pillow is dirty. I make sure to change my pillowcase or put a towel down at least twice a week. And a cup of lukewarm water before bed is a must!
