My skin condition has been inconsistent lately, so I've been paying more attention to my lifestyle, and it seems sleep has a bigger impact than I thought.
When I stay up late and am tired, my skin tone immediately becomes dull and breakouts start popping up one by one, but if I go to bed just a few days early, it feels like it stabilizes a bit!!
I used to think just changing my cosmetics would solve the problem, but it seems lifestyle patterns are quite important as well. Is there something you all consider most important when managing your skin condition?
