Is it better for the skin to let my face air dry after washing instead of wiping it with a towel?

I heard Suzy does this too, saying she doesn't wipe off the water. I've heard a lot about how gently patting your face with your hands to let it air dry is much better for the skin, so I'd like to give it a try. I've also heard that if you dry your face with a towel right after washing, dust or germs from the towel can get on your face, and the physical friction can damage it, so I've been avoiding towels lately.

But when I actually tried air drying, it felt like the water remaining on my face was evaporating into the air, taking the moisture deep inside my skin with it. If I wait for it to dry completely, the tightness from within feels so severe it feels like my face is going to tear. On the other hand, if I apply toner or ampoule immediately while it is still dripping wet, it feels like it just sits on the surface and doesn't absorb at all, so I end up facing a dilemma in front of my vanity every time.

저는 자연 건조할 때 너무 바짝 말리지 않고 적당히 말랐다고 생각할 때 토너와 앰플을 발라줘요.!
