Is it true that spraying mist actually strips moisture away, making the skin drier?
I've been wondering about this for a while... Then why are mist products sold on the market?
Now that the air conditioner is going to be on, my skin feels so tight and dry, so I spray mist frequently. Whenever it feels dry, a quick spray instantly makes it feel cool and moisturized, so I’ve been making sure to carry it in my vanity and bag as a must-have item.
However, I was shocked recently when I read a post online stating that spraying facial mist traps the skin's natural moisture, causing it to evaporate into the air and make the skin much drier. It feels unfair to think that the frequent spraying I did to improve my skin was actually worsening my precious internal dryness.
I would like to hear some advice on whether you have a separate mist routine.
