My skin condition record today

To record my skin condition today, I have noticed an increase in breakouts and skin troubles recently. I am following the same skincare routine with the same products, methods, and order as before, but I suspect the reason for these issues might be the change of seasons. It also feels like I might have developed some kind of inflammation.

Lately, the temperature has suddenly risen, and it seems the humidity has increased as well, so I think my skin has been affected. Therefore, from now on, I plan to keep my skincare routine lighter than before. I think I should reduce the amount of ampoule I use and switch from a nourishing cream to a moisturizing cream.

I think skincare that changes with the seasons is also important.
