Has anyone else experienced melasma appearing after childbirth?
The thing that stressed me the most after giving birth was the sudden appearance of melasma and blemishes. My skin tone used to be on the fairer side, but at some point, it started looking dull. So these days, I make sure to apply sunscreen even when I'm not going out, and I'm also consistently using products containing vitamins. I used to think I could just cover them up with makeup, but now I realize that the condition of my skin itself is more important. There haven't been any dramatic changes yet, but I'm working hard to take care of it with the hope that it will gradually improve if I continue to manage it. If anyone knows effective ways to manage melasma, please share!
I'm currently using products containing melatoning that I bought from a pharmacy for my skincare routine. I'm planning to try laser treatments around autumn and winter.
