I am massaging behind the ears or under the chin.
Every morning when I wake up, my face is so puffy and my complexion looks so dull that I really started to hate looking in the mirror. I was so upset wondering why my face looked so swollen and tired, even though I definitely didn't eat any late-night snacks. Then, people around me recommended that I try massaging the lymph nodes behind my ears and under my chin. They said that rubbing those areas well helps flush out accumulated toxins and waste, completely reducing facial swelling and improving blood circulation to make my complexion much clearer. Intrigued, I started searching for lymphatic massage videos on YouTube and trying to rub them with my fingers and a gua sha. I feel like it might be working, though perhaps only temporarily. However, if I just lightly brush over them like I'm touching a baby's skin, I wonder if that really counts as a massage, lol. Are there any people who do this consistently?
