Today is day 5 of my skin condition record.
Today is day 5 of my skin condition log. For the past few days, I have consistently checked my skin condition and tried to manage my lifestyle habits as well, and I definitely felt that my skin's flow was a bit more stable than at the beginning. When I woke up in the morning and checked the mirror, my overall skin tone looked less dull than before, and I didn't experience severe tightness after washing my face. I was most satisfied with the significant reduction in dryness around my cheeks. However, small blemishes still remained on my chin and forehead, and I also noticed slight redness on tired days. Still, since I didn't feel like my skin was suddenly breaking out like before, I felt that my skin barrier was gradually recovering.
Today, for the sake of my skin, I drank plenty of water and tried to avoid spicy foods as much as possible. I was particularly conscious of not eating late-night snacks, and it seemed that even these small habits were affecting my skin condition. For my skincare routine, I kept it simple by focusing on products that suit my skin well, rather than applying too many different products. After toning my skin, I applied a generous amount of hydrating essence and cream to focus on moisturization, and when I felt dryness, I lightly used a mist to maintain hydration.
Although some oiliness surfaced in the afternoon, it didn't feel stuffy or heavy like before, and my makeup stayed relatively neat. My skin isn't in perfect condition, but it definitely felt calmer compared to a few days ago, and it was a day that made me realize the importance of consistent care once again. Going forward, I want to continue recording changes in my skin while paying attention to my sleep patterns and diet as well.
