For the past few days, only my cheeks have been incredibly itchy because of the indoor air conditioning.

Maybe it's because it's already getting hot during the day, but everywhere I go, the air conditioning is blasting. Sitting there all day with that cold air blowing directly in my face must have completely messed up my skin's oil-moisture balance. My forehead and nose are shiny, but my cheeks and the area around my mouth are itchy, dry, and cracked—it's a total mess. As soon as I get home today, I plan to just rinse lightly with water, apply a really thick layer of moisturizer like a sleeping mask instead of a sheet mask, and go to sleep. Artificial wind really seems to be poison for the skin barrier. Sigh.
