It's been a week since I started drinking 2 liters of water a day, and I can actually feel the difference.

I'm someone who usually barely drinks water and survives on Americanos or sugary drinks, but since I heard it's really bad for your health, I made a big decision and am challenging myself to drink 2 liters a day, bit by bit, throughout the day lol. I had to go to the bathroom so often that I honestly wanted to give up for the first three days, but strangely enough, after a week passed, the peeling on my lips decreased, and the deep dryness that used to make my face feel like it was going to crack like a drought when I woke up in the morning has subtly diminished!! I guess it really is true that you need to hydrate from within. I'm going to try to keep drinking consistently from now on, even if I have to force myself.

    생수로만 마시면 비려서 힘든데 맹물 마시기 힘들 땐 레몬 한 조각 띄우거나 보리차로 연하게 타서 마시면 2리터 뚝딱 넘어가더라고요!

    진짜 하루 2리터 챙겨 마시려면 화장실도 자주 가야 하고 은근히 챌린지죠 ㅠㅠ 그래도 피부랑 건강에는 보약이니까 우리 같이 꾸준히 마셔봐요 ㅎㅎ

    안그래도 입술의 건조함때문에 힘든데~ 한번해봐야겠어요
    커피나 음료수 마시면 2배의 물을 마셔야 한다고 들었던것 같아요
