Hello. I am a male office worker.
I recently started a routine of using a sheet mask once a week. After taking a shower on a weekend evening, putting on a mask and watching TV is surprisingly relaxing and makes me feel good.
At first, it felt a bit of a hassle and awkward having something stuck to my face, but after using it, I can definitely see my skin becoming soft the next day. Since it only takes about 15 minutes, it doesn't take up much of my time, so it's not a burden. I recommend that even beginners like me start with just one face mask. I could actually feel the difference.
