How do you all store the tools you use for makeup, such as powder brushes or eyeshadow tips? I imagine many of you usually just stick them in containers like pencil holders on your vanity. I used to store them that way too, but I realized that the fine dust in the room would accumulate right on the bristles and cause skin problems. Since then, I bought an acrylic storage container with a clear lid from Daiso and have been keeping all my makeup tools airtight. It’s a very small habit, but since dust doesn't settle on the tools, the tiny bumps around my cheeks that used to appear for no apparent reason have definitely decreased.
