Lately, I'm starting by getting my sleep schedule back on track because of my skin.

Lately, my skin has been dry and I've been getting frequent breakouts, so I thought about the cause, and I think the biggest problem was lack of sleep.
As I continued to stay up late, I felt like my skin condition was gradually deteriorating.

So these days, I am trying my best to go to sleep at the same time.
It wasn't easy at first, but after a few days, I feel less tired and my skin feels a bit more stable.

Especially on days when I woke up after getting enough sleep, my face was less swollen and my skin tone looked much brighter.
I am realizing firsthand that basic lifestyle patterns are more important than expensive cosmetics.

It isn't a perfectly established habit yet, but I plan to maintain it consistently.
It seems that the skin reflects the body's true condition.
