My whole face has broken out lately, maybe because of the fine dust.
I've been noticing how bad the air is on my commute for the past few days, and sure enough, my skin reacted immediately. I don't usually get breakouts, but this time, tiny bumps have spread all over my face, from my cheeks to my chin. It feels rough to the touch, and it stings intensely every time I wash my face, making my skin feel thinner. I'm under so much stress. Even though I apply a soothing mask every night and slather on a generous amount of regenerating cream before bed, it shows absolutely no signs of subsiding. I'm worried that if I leave it like this, it will result in hyperpigmentation, so I think I need to take a quick break during my lunch hour tomorrow to visit a dermatologist for extractions. I wonder if everyone else's skin is holding up well despite the fine dust during this change of seasons. I definitely need to be careful when going out for the time being.
