How do you manage your skin elasticity?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, it's subtly stressing me out because my skin doesn't feel as firm as it used to. I think I'm seeing some fine lines, and it feels like my nasolabial folds are getting deeper, so I suddenly feel depressed.

How is everyone managing their lifting and skin firming? I'm debating whether I should diligently use devices for home care or if getting a treatment at a dermatologist is the answer.

I'm thinking about taking collagen or completely changing my skincare routine, so please share any skincare tips you've found effective! It seems like taking care of my skin is truly essential now that I've entered my 30s.
