Let me share my strict rule for applying sunscreen.
Now that it's mid-May, the sun is really hot during the day... It feels just like midsummer, and it's already unbearable haha.
It is said that when UV rays become strong, not only do freckles and blemishes appear, but skin aging also accelerates.
These days, even though it's a hassle, I make sure to at least apply sunscreen.
My strict rule is to always apply it 30 minutes before going out.
And even if you are indoors, if you are sitting by the window, you can lightly reapply it.
If you apply a non-whitening sunscreen, this is actually quite manageable.
These days, they are also readily available in stick form.
They say UV rays penetrate even with a mask on, so you absolutely must not let your guard down..!!
And on days when I wear sunscreen, I make sure to thoroughly do a second cleanse in the evening using cleansing oil or water.
What sunscreen are you using these days?
